Warehouse Fulfillment Process
Wondering about what happens when you place your order with The Hide House?
Say less! Here's the process:
Order online, by email, by fax, by snail mail or over the phone! Your personalized Sales Rep will receive your order. Every account has their own Sales Rep assigned to them.
Orders are put into a queue and organized by date. Rush orders are prioritized at this time.
Orders are fulfilled in the warehouse by the packers, and the hide sizes are written on your sales order paperwork.
The packages are wrapped and taped up, ready for shipping. All packages are weighed and measured and information is written on your sales order.
The Biller/Shipper has all information needed to process your order. Your credit card is charged at this time and you get a copy of the invoice emailed to you. The carrier and tracking number(s) are shown on the invoice.
Shipping labels are attached to the packages. A physical copy of your invoice, acting as a packing list, is also placed on the exterior of the package for easy reference.
Packages are picked up by our trusted carriers: UPS, FedEx and USPS each afternoon.
Shipping carriers will scan your labels once the packages are tendered into their care. Your tracking information provided on your invoice becomes accessible online.
Your package is now in transit to you! It will arrive to you in 1-5 business days.
Your package arrives at your location!
